Computer is so important in our life that most of us need to use it everyday, then how to protect yourself? How to slow down the skin aging process?
Here are some useful tips:

First, drink 2 to 3 cups of green tea every morning, and eat an orange. Green tea is rich in vitamin A, it can be quickly converted into vitamin A after absorbed by the body. As it is known, Vitamin A is good for our eyes, and can make the eyes see things more clearly in the dark light, therefore, green tea will not only eliminate the computer radiation hazards, but also protect and enhance vision. If you are not used to drink green tea, chrysanthemum tea can also be a good choice to eliminate computer radiation and regulate body function.

Second, buy newly released computer, since the old ones are generally in more powerful radiation, typically 1-2 times than the new ones. Another factor you should know about PC is that the brighter the screen, the stronger the electromagnetic radiation.  So should not make it too bright, but just suitable for our eyes is ok. Also note that to maintain an appropriate distance from the screen, the nearer the body to the PC, the more electromagnetic radiation we would suffer.

Last but not least, shut down the computer when you go to sleep. Often we take a nap in the mid-day in front of the PC without shutting it down, but just turn off the screen. If you have such habit, just correct it now!
